Privacy Policy
- Ithnain's team guarantees complete privacy for the patient and that no personal details of any case will be disclosed to anyone outside Ithnain's team.
- Main goal of Ithnain's service is to ensure that the patient reaches the best possible therapeutic and health result by training and qualifying him to reach flexible self-control by adhering to drug standards and an appropriate lifestyle with your follow-up to your treating doctor, and the recipient of the service must cooperate with the specialist for the purpose of reaching this goal.
- Obtain educational health service or psychological support for patients, according to what the recipient of the service requires of counseling mainly and in a way that suits each case separately, according to the evaluation of the Ithnain's Health Team for each individual case, based on research and studies approved by Ithnain's qualified health service providers according to their specialties. According to an initial plan presented to the recipient of the service according to the objectives of the educational session, which can be modified according to the changing needs of the patient and the approval of Ithnain's HCP.
- Proposed plan by Ithnain's team differs according to each case separately, numbers and quantity of educational sessions according to the prior agreement with the recipient of the service and Ithnain's coach, whether the patient or one of his relatives, during the agreed subscription period.
- Duration of the educational session (30m to 90min) average, according to the evaluation of the service provider. The recipient of the service has the right to communicate with follow-up messages during his subscription period, and the service provider is obliged to respond to him during this period according to his availability.
- Appropriate health care providers are provided, according to their availability, to communicate with patients or his family to fulfill the needs of the patient, according to the plan agreed on.
- The content of Ithnain's plans is different & appropriate for each individual case and includes information of a general nature. It is not intended and is not recommended to be a substitute for specialized medical advice and follow-up by a physician for the case.
- The recipient of the service, whether patient person or one of his relatives, is obligated to disclose any condition or health condition that affects the plan or the general health condition of patient.
- All our text and audio consultations are recorded and subject to patient privacy laws.
- The recipient of the service is committed to public morals and behaviors, and Ithnain has the right to stop the service without any commitment by Ithnain in the event that the service recipient exceeds any of the agreed general morals and behaviors.
- You must not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, obscene, incitement, profane, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate the law.
- Educational materials appropriate to the patient's condition are provided, in addition to educational sessions that contain appropriate advice for each individual case, according to the assessment of the HCP and the approval of the Medical Services Operations Manager.
- You should not use Ithnain's content to diagnose a health or fitness issue or disease. Always seek advice from your physician regarding any medical condition or treatment. Ithnain is not intended for medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Never disregard medical advice or delay in seeking it.
- There may be some technical difficulties, and a team of Ithnain is working to solve them, and they must be reported as soon as they are noticed in order to overcome them.
- Ithnain has the right to cancel the participation of patient in the event of non-response with the service providers.
Data Retention
We retain personal and health-related data only for as long as the patient maintains an active subscription or account with Ithnain, and for as long as needed to provide the service. When a patient closes their account or requests deletion, we delete their personal data from our active systems within 90 days, and from our backups within 180 days. We may retain a limited subset of data for longer only where required by law — for example, billing and invoicing records kept to meet Saudi tax and regulatory obligations, and any records we are legally required to preserve under applicable Saudi health regulations. Retained data is kept secured and access-restricted, and is deleted once the legal retention period ends.
Data Deletion
Patients have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time. To request deletion, email support@ithnain.com from the address associated with your account, or send the request from within the app. We will verify the request and delete your data within 90 days, except for any data we are legally required to retain (see Data Retention above). Once deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to access your account or history. For questions about your data or this policy, contact us at support@ithnain.com.
